REGISTRATION PROCESS
- Please send the completed and signed sponsorship application form to joyce_ng@mail.tca.org.tw via email.
- The organizer will issue an invoice to you after receiving the submission of the application. Please proceed to complete the payment via wire transfer.
- After completing the transaction, please send the bank receipt via email to the organizer for payment confirmation.
NOTICES
- After completing the registration process, all required files and promotional materials must be submitted before the specified deadline.
- Once registration is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not allowed. For those who wish to cancel, the paid fees will be forfeited.
- The sequence of the agenda will be arranged by the organizer.
- All sessions must not involve gambling or explicit content. They must not infringe upon the patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights of other domestic or foreign companies. Any violations will result in assuming all liabilities and legal responsibilities.
- This event is held in public settings. Please pay attention to the public broadcasting of copyrighted music, MV, and MTV. Authorization must be obtained in accordance with the law before proceeding with the playback.
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or change the event date and content if natural disasters or events, which could not have been foreseen or controlled by any party, such as strikes, fires, epidemics, wars, etc. occur. For any matters not covered, the organizer retains the right to adjust and make the final interpretation.
