B2B Zone & Biz-Matching System Registration

Introduction

Taipei Game Show 2025 B2B Zone will be held from January 23 to 24, 2025, at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center Hall 1. Organized by the Taipei Computer Association since 2003, Taipei Game Show has grown to become one of the most significant gaming events in the Asia Pacific region, known for its diverse exhibits and efficient business matching services. In 2024, the event hosted up to 2,000 business matchmaking meetings, with over 1,800 business visitors from around 35 countries and regions attending.

The Business Visitor Pre-Registration for Taipei Game Show 2025 is available from now until January 21, 2025. All approved "Pre-registration Applicants" can not only access the online Biz-Matching System for meeting requests and card exchanges, but also receive a business-visitor badge to enter the physical B2B Zone from January 23 to 24, 2025. We highly recommend registering in advance to save time and secure your spot.

  1. Each Email address is eligible to apply for one pass only.
  2. Game Industry includes Art and Animation, Audio/Sound Design, Game Development, Publisher/Agency, IP Licensing, Advertisement, Digital Media Marketing, Event Management, Game-related Hardware, Game-related Software, Game-related Platform, Payment/Monetization, Localization, Venture Capital, Crowdfunding Platform, Blockchain Application, Indie Game Developer, AR, VR.
  3. The time zone in the Biz-Matching System is GMT+8. When a request of meeting/card exchange is sent, regardless of successfully requested or not, this action will be counted as one request from your allocation.

Notification

  1. For “Pre-registration: Industry Visitor” applicants, the organizer will perform a qualification review and deliver the result via Email. For “Pre-registration: Premium Visitor” applicants, the account will be activated once the payment is completed.
  2. Cancellation: All paid fees will not be refunded once the Biz-Matching account is activated.
  3. All Business Visitor Badge holders can access the B2B Zone and B2C Zone from January 23 to 24, 2025. For entry into the B2C Zone from January 25 to 26, 2025, please purchase the B2C Zone ticket on site.
  4. Please note that the badge is non-transferable and non-refundable. The badge cannot be reissued in case of loss or damage.
  5. Visitors under 18 are not allowed to enter the B2B Zone.
  6. The organizer reserves the right to reject any application that may be inappropriate for the exhibition theme or may jeopardize the exhibition's image.
  7. The organizer reserves the right to modify, insert, and/or withdraw any part of the rules specified herein.
