Privacy Policy and Consent to Collection of Personal Information

We hereby clarify and inform you of our collection, processing and use with respect to your personal information provided through this website pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act of R.O.C., TAIPEI GAME SHOW's (hereinafter as "TGS") privacy policies as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter as "GDPR") effective on May 25th, 2018. It is assume that you have read, acknowledged and agreed the content herein by making the check below, you may choose if using our services at your discretion.

1.   What personal data we collect:
The information we collect from you includes your name, title, email address, phone number, mobile phone number, company name, company registration number, nationality, technique information(including IP address, cookies e.t.c.) or other information which may be used to identify you both directly and indirectly.
2.   Impact on the lack or the inaccuracy of your personal data
The services with respect to the aforementioned purpose for our collection will be unavailable if you fail to provide the accurate personal data or request to stop collecting, processing, using, request to delete your personal data or unsubscribe to our services.
3.   How do we use your personal data:
3.1   Your personal data will be retained on our server and processed by all means of the techniques based on the information confirmation, service notifications, event news notices and our internal management, statistics and analysis and other legal or necessary purposes.
3.2   We will take reasonable steps directly to stop processing, using or to delete your personal data if we confirm your underage in the country or territory and without the consent of legal agent.
3.3   We will keep your personal data secure by appropriate technique and measure. We will ensure your personal data to be utilized within the necessary and rational scope by appropriate way until the termination on the purpose to collect, process and use in case of the possibility to transmit beyond the borders and the obligation to comply with the laws or regulations in different countries or territories. Notwithstanding the foregoing, your personal data will be transferred including but not limited to the third party, territory, specific department or the international organization only in the situation adherence to GDPR and the subject protected thereby.

4.1   In accordance with Article 3 of the Personal Information Protection Act of R.O.C. and GDPR, you may practice the rights as below:
。   Right of access to your personal data: You have the right to be informed of the matters with respect to your personal data and request a copy of the aforementioned. For any further copies, the rational fee may be charged.
。   Right to rectification: You have the right to request the amendment, correction and integrity of your personal data.
。   Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten''): You have the right to request the deletion and removal of your personal data.
。   Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to request the restriction on the processing of all or part of your personal data temporarily or permanently provided that the storage is excluded.
。   Right to data portability: You have the right to request the transmission of your personal data to the third party.
。   Right to object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation at any time.
。   Right to object to automated decision-making: The data subject shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her.
4.2   You may stop receiving the notifications of our services by the unsubscribe link. Showcase Stand Package (Showcase Stand)
Fee: NT$10,500 VAT included (Approx. US$350. This quote is applicable only for payments made via credit card. If you prefer to pay through USD bank transfer, a new quote will be issued, calculated based on the exchange rate on the day of the quote, with an additional 10% handling fee.)
Standard Booth Package
(1 or 2 shell-scheme booths. Each booth equals 9 sqm.)
Fee: US$1,300 VAT Included/per booth (This package can only be paid for through bank transfer.)
Publisher Package
(1 or 2 shell-scheme booths or larger raw space. Each booth equals 9 sqm.)
*Booth sizes are available in fixed units: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 booths.
Fee: US$2,500 VAT Included/per booth (This package can only be paid for through bank transfer.)
Deposit: Not required for 2 booths or smaller. US$400/per booth for 4 booths or larger
