Smilegate Ι STOVE has officially announced its participation in the Taipei Game Show (Jan 29- Feb 1, 2026), held at Hall 1 of the Nangang Exhibition Center. At their booth, they will showcase Smilegate’s ESD platform, STOVE, along with six publishing titles (The Player who can’t Level Up, Archetype Blue, The Alley, Sani Yang’s Laboratory, Love too easily 2: Summer Pocha, Maids of Storm). In addition to providing the latest updates and demo experiences, there will also be exclusive gifts and discounts only available at the event. Fans of Smilegate Ι STOVE definitely won’t want to miss it.
Smilegate will operate an independent booth at Taipei Game Show 2026 under the theme ‘STOVE PLAY TOUR in Taipei Game Show’, presenting six titles published directly by the company under the slogan ‘Open Smilegate, Explore K-Game Worlds.’
At this exhibition, Smilegate will showcase ‘The Alley,’ a Korean-style horror game that has gained significant popularity since its release, along with representative indie titles from its publishing lineup such as ‘Maids of Storm,’ ‘Sani Yang's Laboratory,’ and ‘Love Too Easily 2: Summer Pocha.’ The lineup features works with diverse genres and unique emotional tones, designed to highlight the growing interest in K-indie games across Asia.
In addition, two highly anticipated upcoming titles will also be unveiled: ‘Archetype Blue’ and ‘The Player Who Can't Level Up.’
‘Archetype Blue’ is a roguelite deck-building game set in an original fantasy world, where players assemble an expedition team and deck to overcome a gauntlet of trials. The title stands out for its deep narrative universe and meticulously hand-crafted pixel art.
‘The Player Who Can't Level Up’ is based on the popular webtoon currently serialized on KakaoPage(KR). It Delivers the excitement of roguelite gameplay with endless strategic combinations, featuring fast-paced combat and stylish action that maximize player immersion.
Smilegate Ι STOVE has also revealed a sneak peek of their on-site events: The booth will feature a variety of on-site events. Visitors who add the games to their wishlist on STOVE or Steam will receive exclusive game-specific merchandise, and those who wish will have the opportunity to try out the games. Afterwards, participants can join a lucky draw event for a chance to win exciting prizes such as an Apple Watch, gaming controllers, and gaming mouse.
Starting January 28, 2026, the STOVE Online Showcase will allow users to explore Indie House titles online, along with special discount coupons to enjoy high-quality indie games at affordable prices.
