2026台北ゲームショウ「Indie Game Award」ファイナリスト発表！
51か国・515チームが参加し、過去最多を更新
台北国際ゲームショウが主催する国際的インディーゲームアワード「Indie Game Award（IGA）」の競争が年々激化する中、2026年度は51の国と地域から515チームがエントリーし、昨年比1.5倍の規模で過去最多を更新しました。さらに今年はノルウェー、アラブ首長国連邦、パナマ、スロベニア、キルギスの5か国が初参加し、作品の多様性がこれまで以上に広がりました。
主催者によると、IGAの特徴のひとつは独自の「一次審査システム」にあります。すべての応募作品は開発者同士による相互評価によって審査され、地域や言語の壁を超え、世界中の開発者が互いのゲームを体験し、独創的なデザインやメカニクス、ゲーム性の違いを学び合う貴重な機会となっています。
本日、待望のファイナリストリストが正式に公開されました。二次審査では、国内外のゲーム業界専門家、メディア、過去のIGA受賞チーム、コンテンツクリエイターなどから構成される審査委員が、ストーリー、サウンド、アート、ゲームメカニクス、創造性といった多角的な観点から試遊審査を実施します。最終的に、「ベストゲーム賞」を含む全8部門の受賞作品が選出される予定です。受賞タイトルは、台北ゲームショウ会場内の特設展示エリアで一般公開され、来場ゲーマーが実際にプレイ体験できる機会も提供されます。
さらに、本年度のIndie Houseの参加申込は本日で締切となりますが、締切に間に合わなかったチームのために補欠登録も近日中に受付予定です。世界のインディーゲームシーンで最も注目を集める展示舞台であるIndie Houseでは、会場での展示だけでなく、Steamセールイベントを通じたオンラインでの露出拡大も可能です。開発者にとって、自らのゲームを世界中のゲーマーにアピールし、交流やコラボレーションのチャンスを得る貴重な機会となるでしょう。
今年も、世界中のクリエイターが熱い情熱を胸に台北へ集い、新たなインディーゲームの潮流を創り出します。
